Dressing Mutton as Lamb
Well we have all heard the saying right? Dressing up mutton as lamb. Well for starters, what the hell is mutton anyway? So I asked a kiwi mate because if anyone had cause to dress something up as a sheep it would be them. Ahhh I see, mutton is actually a bird:
Right, so now the obvious question is: How the fuck do you dress up mutton to look like this:
Well???? Any takers?

Isn't mutton old sheep?
Are you having a wedding-and-tigers-game hangover, shroom?

Mutton is also a term for meat from older sheep. Which is why the term is used - dressing (which can be a cooking term) mutton (older sheep) to be as delicious as lamb.
Only a vege wouldn't know these things...

That's such a cute little lamby.
Can I share more 'guess what Inigo brought home' stories...?

If you do, b, I'm going to have to update the audience on the bats, still hanging form the power lines outside my office. And dripping.

Ok.
This morning Mahalia came to inform me there was 'another dead thing' in the bathroom downstairs.
There was.
It's still there.
This is a definite need for MrB removal services.
There was the back half of a fluffy white bunny rabbit laying on the bathmat - with clearly identifiable internal organs scattered around the place...
When I told the girls to hve a shower upstairs, Harry of course needed all the details... 'where is the head' 'i guess he hate it' 'ooh, do we have to take hime to the vet?' 'why' 'coz the bones will make him choke...'
Stange, strange child...

Is it wrong that I think that's so cute (Harry's reaction, not the dead bunny)?
I can picture her saying it too ...
By MissE, at 7:31 PM
No, it's not wrong - it just means you're as freaky as her...
By actonb, at 7:50 PM
FREAKSHOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually find dead animals really disturbing ... but I think curiosity is a cute trait in kids (remember - I don't have any, so I mostly see the good side ...)
By MissE, at 8:45 PM
curiosity about mutilated bunnies might raise some questions though
By mushroom, at 10:03 PM
as long as she isnt mutilating the bunnies herself its OK
By Mex, at 10:44 PM
and p.s. is that lamb actually smiling?
By Mex, at 10:44 PM
maybe not the bunnies, but curiosity will kill the cat eventually.........
By mushroom, at 11:26 PM
And infidelity will kill the bunny...
